30-Day Risk-Free Trial
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the amount you paid. To be eligible, the item should be in resaleable condition with its original packaging where possible.
Perfect-Fit Guarantee
If the fit isn't right, we'll make it right. Rings ship with a free size adjuster, and we'll arrange a free resize or replacement where needed. For necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, we'll send a free replacement in the correct size — just reach out and we'll take care of it.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Forge & Fjord piece is covered for life against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears in normal wear, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
How to Start a Return or Claim
Email help@forgefjord.com with your order number and the reason for your return, resize, or warranty claim. We'll reply with simple next steps.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. For faulty, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the cost of return and replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for refund.
