We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe (EU & EEA), Australia, and New Zealand.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During our warehouse clearance, demand is high and processing may occasionally take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local carrier. All timeframes are estimates and do not include any customs clearance delays.

Shipping Costs

During our warehouse clearance, the piece itself is free — you pay only the shipping fee, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authorities on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages
